Great and very fast service. Wanted to add a Google Pixel Watch LTE to my phone plan and had no issues implementing it.Bit of miscommunication with the queueing system , as the My Telstra app would not let me access the Capalaba store. Store's phone is often unmanned and hard to reach.

Haven’t experienced customer service that is so poor for a long time.I tried to buy a phone outright, but wastold by a staff member that I needed a postpaid service for him to place an order, that a prepaid service was not eligible and that the cheapest postpaid plan is $52.I spent 10 minutes standing outside the store searching any relevant clause in T&C (couldn’t find any), placing an order online and proceeding to the last payment step to prove a postpaid service is not necessary.I went back to the store to show the staff member and he still insisted he was not able to place an order for me unless I had a postpaid service.The I spent 20 minutes trying to call other stores and contacting customer service on Twitter, which confirmed that a postpaid service was not necessary.I went back to the store again about 20 minutes before the close time.Another staff member basically didn’t want to have any conversation with me because she was counting cash from the till, showed me the one-sentence policy printout that the first showed me before and asked a third staff member over.The third oneadmitted that postpaid service was not necessary and that I was provided incorrect information,but asked me to come back tomorrow because he was about to clock off,then spent the next 10 minutes arguing with me that they couldn’t place the order for me today even though it was their mistake that caused the significant delay,and said I WAS WASTING HIS TIME to sort out his outstanding paperwork before the close time.Really, Telstra Capalaba Store? This customer service is a joke!

Tried to call Store 26 times (left 7 messages) across 6 days. Eveythime the message bank says I'll get a call back same day.Have never received a call back. Ever.I called telstra help line and they tried calling and even they couldn't get through. Why even have a phone? This new appointment" system is horrible. Always a 2 hour wait time in store."

Just recently I purchased an Apple I-phone and Ipad from your shop and was attended to by Brendan. As an elderly person having to totally rely on the sales person for guidance I was so impressed with Brendan. He advised me of the best phone suited to my needs and I am so delighted with the choice he recommended as well as that of the ipad. He actually gave up his lunch hour to complete these transactions which was a lengthy process. I was so impressed with his knowledge, patience and most of all his concern that as a client that I should have the correct product for my ability and needs. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him again for his help and add that he is indeed a great asset to your business.I would also like to add my comments regarding another staff member, Jess. Some three days after my purchase of the ipad, a very old glitch had resurfaced that previously had never been able to be resolved. With a great deal of thought, ingenuity and determination Jess fixed it - after so many people before her had failed. I wish to pass on my thanks to her again for her diligence and also add that she too is a great asset to your team. Guelda Bryant.

If you want to wait 5-10 minutes to be concierged then sit at a blank screen for 10 minutes until a salesperson gets to you, this is the place to be.Staff are friendly once you get to speak with themHandset prices way more expensive than Vodafone on day of visit, for exactly the same spec device

Realy poor service. Attened a schedulesd appointment on Monday 9 January for a phone upgrade. The phone I asked for was out of stock and was told they would order it in. I made a second appointment for Monday 16 January to complete the upgrade as the phone should have arrived. Upon arrival to my second scheduled appointment there was no record of the phone being ordered in for me and they would order it in. Asking me to schedule in for a third time. The sales rep provided no apology and presented with a i dont care" type deminor. This was realy poor service with nil consideration to waisting others time. Additionally I was told countless lies including: I would not be able to move my number to a pre-existing buisness account. After some enquiries

I just want simply to buy outright a wireless modem. They said I have to sit down with a consultant?! But noone available so just have to wait just a few minutes, turned out 45mins, check again and an unmotivated lady who seemed didn’t want to be there for any service said that have to wait for another over an hour… this is ridiculous and unacceptable! At least respect customers’ time please! Thank you!
