Jun is friendly, professional & quick. This clinic is currently under renovation so they are understaffed, please try not to go during lunch time.

Absurlutly discussed by this place. Did a aod last week for the company I work for no worries then suddenly the new guy won't do it without a purchase order number even tho I have the email with all the info he neededWon't be seeing me there again that's for sure

A bit slow. I'm talking 10 mins per person for bloods, with queues easily reaching 10 people, you do the math. Many had to give up and go home.Lady was really nice once in.Had a ticket system which is a plus.

Walked in around 7.50 and was met with smiles and walked out around 7.57 after a single blood test.. No pain, no complaints, just great service. Keep up the great work Teagan :)

J is a queen of plobothomy❤️I no longer experience any anxiety/discomfort. She is always able to collect my blood sample despite my notoriously misbehaving veins!

The wait times are not an issue for me. It's really part of privacy not knowing what other people are there for and being a walk in service it's really down to what tests everyone needs to get done. I also once needed the additional time for all my tests to be undertaken thoroughly. Jun is amazing and really gentle. Regardless of what happened with the last person she puts on a big smile and makes me feel comfortable.
