I had a pedicure today and it was the worst experience ever. Clearly the young girl doing my nails has had no training and hasn’t been put on any course. She didn’t know how to hold the dremel and when she took off my old shellac she dug into my nail bed and I have divots and they are very sore. Come on! Train your staff and put them on the appropriate courses needed to learn. As a hairdresser having owned my own business it was handled poorly and I just wanted to leave. I won’t be going back.

I had S and S put on my nails as I wanted a better outcome. This was done 14 days ago. Since then I have gone back 3 times for repair and replacement of my nails. 1st set lasted 6 days , second set lasted 3 days , 3rd was 6 out of 10 nails replaced now the other4 have fallen off so back I go again. This has cost $70 so far. Not a happy customer, you definitely need to pick up your act as word travels very quickly in a small town and you will end up with no business

The ladies there are so lovely and they don't keep you waiting for long if you walk in on a good day. They're usually very booked so recommend calling them. Their work won't dissapoint you.

Very disappointed with service, myself and my 2 children got pedicures kids where rushed and done in 10min nail polish all chipped within 20min of getting done. I asked to to have dead skin removed and lady got annoyed with me very poor customer service and way overpriced $125 not happy won't be going back.

Sarah and Lily are brilliant. I get SNS every 3 weeks and a manicure every 2 months. They are fantastic and so talented. Highly recommend!!!
