Great reception staff and doctors, highly recommended family service!The whole family goes, and our GP here has been our first point of call for everything, like it should be, very personalised service!Extremely family friendly :)Cannot fault them in any way.

Terrible experience with the receptionist. I felt i was either discriminised because of my race or she just picked me to be rude at. Maybe she was having a bad day but that's not an excuse to be rude to the patients. There was also another person there (of Australian descent) and she was awfully nice to him.Customer service is a fail on this one, therefore i am considering not coming back and not recommend to my friends. On the other hand the nurses and doctors are pretty good.

My husband, kids and I are regulars at this practice. We see Dr Mahishi Nanayakkara who is absolutely wonderful - very thorough and also so lovely to my children. We have seen the other doctors there too and all of them are excellent. I don’t know what we would do without this medical centre! The receptionists are lovely too and nothing is ever a problem.

i have been a regular patient at KLFP for many years and have been fortunate enough to have under the care of Dr Mahishi Nanayakkara. She and her staff have helped me through difficult time s and have positively impacted to my health and ti the quality of life that I am able to enjoy. I cannot be more grateful.

I find the staff at KLFP very friendly and caring. Their Doctors are experienced and knowledgeable, particularly their Lady Dr. M. She is very methodical in her work and guides me about the various pharmaceutical benefits and her treatment plans are tailor made for me.I appreciate the time and care that she gives me.

I have been a patient with KLFP pretty well since they opened. Each doctor I have encountered has been nothing but professional and respectful. The doctors and other allied health practitioners there are very friendly, supportive, and highly intelligent. The receptionists are also very kind and helpful. Wait times on the phone are very minimal, with the receptionist ALWAYS acknowledging the incoming call prior to asking you to hold the line if there is a wait. I have never waited more than 3 minutes on the phone for a receptionist to book me in, or more than 10 minutes in the clinic. I highly recommend this medical clinic. Cannot fault them on anything.

The Doctor I see is very particular in discussing your problems and to work out a solution. She had called me on numerous occasions outside of my visit to check on my well being and results. The nurse is also very good in doing her work. All staff are vefy friendly. Also has a lab which is convenient. Allows you to Book online 24/7. Definitely recommend.
