Thank you to June and Naomi for your help today.I arrived at the store with no appointment and needed help purchasing a new mask.June had so much patience to help and understand my needs. She explained how to correctly use my machine and even swapped all my parts too.Excellent customer service! Very friendly! Definitely recommend their services

Excellent Customer Service. Extremely helpful and accommodating of needs. Great education provided with machine use and maintenance. Brilliant pricing. My partner was willing to pay for a dearer plan and they advised we didn’t need to pay that much and recommended a cheaper plan based on her prescription for CPAP. I highly recommend this company.

This was a dream appointment, not only were they on time but extremely efficient and managed to attend to all my needs within the allocated time. I was in and out so quickly, no dreaded wait and delays which always happen with medical appointments. I was so impressed with the store, the customer service and services available. The Parramatta store is one hundred times better than the Bella Vista one.

A huge thank you to Urai who helped me understand the procedure and process of my CPAP machine. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with the entire process of it all. Happily surprised with how affordable the equipment cost compared to what a specialist was going to charge me. I left feeling well informed, confident and that I was in safe hands. Personalised and efficient service. Urai is always so sweet and no question is ever too silly. They helped me through getting set up with my frist CPAP and always followed up to check everything was ok.
