Dishonest liars. Untrustworthy bullies using underhanded business practises. They attempted to cover up wrongdoing and when failed just ignored all contact attempts and direct me to their lawyers. I can't afford my own lawyers so I'm stuck at the bottom.

unfortunately due to Covid lock down we werent able to conduct a final inspection. The agent Project Marketing Brisbane said they would conduct the inspection and R&F would fix anything identified. Due to border closure we were unable to access our property for several months. When we finally got into our appartment we found the kitchen bench was broken in 3 place. We also found the starage we were allocated was in the other tower where we have no direct access. R&F didnt want to address either because it would cost money to them. When we chalenged that the responded with, only speak to our lawyers from now on. No Care or responsibility for there errors and poor workman ship.As with the previous comments they will no doubt respond saying we didnt address this until after settlement which we could do due to Goverment lockdownsBuyer Beware

We have recently purchased a property through the R&F team and they have not upheld the contract. We have had to chase continuously for something that is in the contract and is still not being addressed and with no end date in sight!

Im trying to get a refund for backing out of an Expession of Interest for an apartment that still is not on the market. It has been well over 10 business days. Ive gotten an update from Ivy saying it will take that long from their solicitors…. I have emailed her again to no response. Cant call anyone about this??

Just purchased a property from R&F and after settlement we identified several defects. We brought this into their attention however they refused to rectify the issues.We do not recommend and I would look for other developers if you want to buy a property.
