Concept Fencing

Got a quote for a pool fence, Chris came out onsite promptly and measured up and emailed a detailed quote through. From the go ahead I was given timeframes for the install stages which were accurate. The installers did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, the fence looks great.Very competitive prices as well.

This is an update on our dealings with Concept Fencing....Note the stars have gone from 1 to 5⭐️Chris who did the original quote contacted us as soon as he saw our review...he jumped into action and came out to discuss our issues. He arranged for the adjustments to the fence and gates that we wanted done. These were completed promptly and we are super impressed with Chris. Chris also advised us that he is in the process of taking over the business and with that information we are pleased to be able to say you will be in great hands with Chris. Highly recommend this guy who will soon be the new owner.My original review below...We arranged for a quote in March for a side front fence and 2 electronic gates. After a few phone calls and an extra visit or two we finally accepted their quote in May. A month later a few posts were put in. Another month later the concrete plinth was put in. A month later the gates and motors installed. Sounds smooth enough doesn't it? Well.....Well let me be clear, we have dealt with Concept Fencing quite a few years ago and were impressed at the time. We are no longer impressed.Yes the fence and gates are in and the gates work so I suppose they did their job! The finish is less than adequate. We asked them to come back and fix a couple of corners plus a rather large gap between the gate and the fence (see photo) and they fixed it by putting a flashing on the post - not fixed at all the gap remains. They told us this is normal. So, what I haven't said is very important to know. They are messy, they leave piles of rubble (what they've dug out for posts and plinth I suppose) that rubble dumped on freshly applied, rotary hoed and ready to plant out ground and now piled with clay and rock rubble, they did this to three areas....Honestly the greatest peeve is that we can't get the main man Phill to come out and see our issues....he says it's the way it is and will not come out to discuss. We've arrived at a standstill and they have requested payment - what do you do? We'll pay but never again will we deal with or support Con-cept Fencing.The good news is we have found a company that has come out and identified what needs to be done to finish the work. We should forward the bill to Con-cept Fencing!My greatest advice to you is to go elsewhere, find someone or some company that prides itself in two things - quality of work and the ability and preparedness to work out any issues.....

Concept fending did a great job with our retaining wall where they had to fix a faulty retaining wall. They also did our good neighbor-fence and a slat gate. All the work was thorough and high quality.Very reliable company that will do everything in the best possible way with integrity and conscience. The prices are very reasonable.Highly recommended.
