Sam arrived at the scheduled time, he and his assistant had the professional equipment required to do the job. They were polite and efficient, provided guidance as to how to look after the lounge suite and delivered a good quality service.

I do not recommend this company nothing like the web page. Two guys turned up to clean my leather couch with a sponge each it's a white leather couch and still has black stains on it.They do do use machines or equipment like they describe. Also very expensive web page says $140 for 5 seater they charged $280 and then they tell you when they get there and after they have quoted if you want protection on the leather they need an extra $100.If you complain they don't care, and will not try to resolve anything. Very unprofessional .Will never use them again.

Toms Upholstery Cleaning Bentleigh is the best couch cleaning company. I have hired them to remove pet stain on my fabric sofa. Must say at a very affordable cost they not only remove that stain but also make it like a new one.

Would NOT recommend to anyone. Very expensive compared to others and did an extremely poor job. The couches look worse then before they were supposedly cleaned, as seen in photos. Extremely dissapointed in the service. They did nothing about it, the guy that answered my calls when I called to complain was as unprofessional as one can be. He was asking me and I quote How come a client this morning was happy and you're not?" Also insisted I anwer and kept asking me over and over again. I am very appalled

Very happy with Sam. The mattress was particularly dirty unfortunately, he went over it 2 more times than required. Also appreciated him coming on a Sunday. Friendly, and very professional job done, will reuse

Amazing service! I used them to clean my carpets in all three bedrooms together with my fabric couch and fabric chair. Amazing results! Came up like brand new! I couldn't believe it. Also, in terms of pricing, it was beyond reasonable and very professional. I highly highly recommend!

Sam came to my house and cleaned a light coloured leather sofa that had been in heavy use for 5 years and was filthy. The difference was amazing, it was like new!Very polite and punctual service at a very fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

Sam was professional, quick to reply, decently priced and did an amazing job. Our couches (we had just gotten them second hand and were very stained) and rugs came up like new. Thank you so much Sam, we will definitely be using you again next time we need our couches cleaned!

We engaged Toms to clean our carpet 4 weeks ago, we are now engaging our insurance company to make a claim given his business has destroyed our carpet.We have tried to have Sam the owner show some interest in the damage that Pravin caused, he doesn’t care. No offer to even come out and inspect the damage, complete lack of accountability and will not answer our calls.We paid good money and took trust in what they stated they could do, completely let down and devastated by the after care.
