No one can fix all your muscle aches like Sandra. The most knowledgeable and friendly practitioner you will ever find. Every time I’m back in Melbourne I make sure to book in time with her. Whatever your ailments, Sandra can not only fix them in the session, but also give you easy things to do at home to prevent future injury. She’s simply amazing!

Sandra and her team are some of the best in the business. So lucky they are walking distance from my home! They have assisted me with day to day niggles but also helped me prep for a 30km trek earlier this year. The pre-trek massage was exactly what I needed to get me through! I went to Knots + Niggles Therapy for a Myotherapy treatment as I had a lot of tenderness and muscle tension in my shoulders and neck from working full-time in home office, staring at a computer all day, and the repetitiveness of leaning over typing and answering the phone.I wasn't sure what to expect as I'd never had a Myotherapy treatment before but the staff were amazing, they asked lots of questions, did a proper assessment, explained everything to me, and were professional and friendly - they even gave me advice on how I can relieve the tension in my shoulders and neck muscles each day myself!In the days after my treatment, I couldn't believe the difference, my body was so much more relaxed and pain free! It makes work and sleeping so much more comfortable when your muscles aren't sore! I'd definitely recommend Knots + Niggles to others!

Great and friendly service. Sandra is welcoming and always focuses on the areas that you are interested in. She is thorough and willing to push hard to ensure she fixes any niggles you may have.I have to friends who have all enjoyed their experience and continued to go back.

It's hard to find a good therapist that just gives you a good old fashioned massage without all the fancy stuff, but when you do, what a difference!! Have had 2x sessions with John, he sorted the pain in my neck & shoulder on first visit. Will definitely be back for regular sessions.
