Very expensive, spent over $1200 to fix the problem for a small commercial kitchen they were charging us $400.An other company ( termipest ) did the same job if not better for $150.

Westate have been treating my property since a pre-purchase inspection in 2008 found termite activity. They have always been prompt and reliable, no further termites have managed to invade my home or garden.

Not too bad but the very last time was horrible. Still see coachroaches after a few days the pest control was done. Call up n complain but they do not have any responsibility to fix up their fault. Not good not good

Peter the representative who came around was extremely negative and evasive on how Westate would go about the pest control. Took no notes and just continually talked about how experienced he was and about other projects. Did not hear or get a quote from Weststate for over 2 weeks until they sent an email to do a survey of my experience. I advised them I did not receive a quote yet. When they sent a quote, it lacked detail and stated no white ants were seen yet I showed Peter two areas where there was active infestation.I strongly recommend you not touch these people based on my experience. There is a clear disconnect between Peter and Westate.
