The consistency between the different therapists is really good. I don't have to worry about if the right person is on for my booking and can just take whoever and they do a great job.Add in the convenience of shopping centre parking and the loyalty card for discounts over time and I prefer them over the specialised sports remedial massage places with bad parking and harder to get appointments.So TD;DR, I lose a tiny bit of massage quality/customisation for a major convenience gain with a small cost saving.Whether that trade off is worth it for you, only you could know.

The staff were professional but friendly, and the room was clean and well-arranged. Lucy did my lymphatic drainage massage and she was wonderful. Will definitely be going back.

Very professional staff and friendly. 1st time here today getting massage for neck, back, shoulders and arms and came out feeling 100% better, much more relaxed that’s for sure. No wait time, booked on the spot. Very clean place. Will be back again.
