An unassuming place right next to Bertoni, that makes amazing Vietnamese Bahn Mi and has loads of cakes, pies and pastries. The place is nothing to look at and probably may turn a few people off the place.I have had the sandwiches here and they are excellent and well priced. Also had the sponge cake which the lovely lady made fresh and it was fluffy and not too sugary, just the way I like it.It’s a little gem and I love coming here for sandwiches and will come back for more baked goods.

Crispy pork roll was terrible. Freezing cold crispy pork. Should always be warm..The bread was dry and not fresh.Avoid rolls and stick to pies.

A long queue on Saturday lunch time and my first experience of their pork roll was great!I ordered a sausage roll(not so great), a beef pie ( excellent gravy-old fashioned style), a barbecue pork roll and a pork roll.I loved their pork rolls. They didn't seem to use excessive MSGs in their sauce. They were very fresh rolls filled up with delicious pate, barbecued pork and veggies!I would love to go back.

So glad I stopped in here on a whim. They make delicious beef pies (great pastry) and a lovely lemon tart. Really lovely service also, will definitely return.

Great banh mi, containing unrecognisable processed meats and sliced pork. Take a chance though, and you'll delight in the crispy, buttered bread roll, piles of salad, chilli and coriander, and the friendly service. You can't go wrong for $6. I take them home and add sriracha....
