Independence is a great supplier. Prices are good. Orders are always promptly delivered. except of course if they have to back order. I order Compression stockings which are costly but still a good price so they may not have in stock but they do deliver when the stock arrives. They were recommended to me by a specialist nurse so I know they are reliable and have a very large supply of medical items we all need.

Products are good, communication is very bad, emails are being ignored, phone calls take well over an hour just for them to answer. needs a lot of improvement regarding customer service. Plus orders are not arriving, and because of lack of communication unable to complain about it.

It took me a couple of purchases to get exactly the right specifications for the Molicare incontinence pants for my wife for night and also day wear. Now I have the right combination - Molicare Premium Elastic 9 D Medium Waist (night) and Molicare Premium Mobile 8 Drops Medium (day) - it is just so easy to place the same order every month. Delivery can be expected in a few days. More expensive than the local supermarket but worth every cent.Seems like I can't post without a photo :-( so hope you enjoy a fine picture from my past life ;-). Looks like I forgot to click the stars". But the photos make me feel good anyway."
