They invisibly mended a small burn hole on my grey woollen coat…absolutely great job was done…so good that you can barely see it. Also replaced a long zipper on another coat…again a perfect job done for $20.00 with me supplying the zipper…this was a few years ago…I’ll certainly re-visit this business again if needed.

Since they have come under new management, they are terrible to deal with. Took advantage of the fact I had an urgent dry clean and wanted to charge me an extra $40 and when I said no, she would not even help me put the gown back into the bag which she took out and draped everywhere to begin with.

Tried it out because it was closer to my house. More expensive than a high quality dry cleaners than I went to before. When I got home my clothes were exactly the same as before I got them cleaned. Same stains, very noticeable. Even the minor scuffs on the sleeves and such were still there. They didn't even mention that they didn't clean the stains when I picked them up.

Bad experience. They shrunk my coat and didn’t say a thing! I went home and took it out a few months later in winter time, found the coat became children size ! And I had to dump it! Never go back again!

Went in to the shop, dissapointing before even started. Check if stains can be removed? She said you will have to pay first even if they didn't manage to remove. Well done to their customer service, clearly requrire training on staff.
