Shining Hand Car Wash

Had a full detail here after purchasing a second hand car which had not been cleaned. The car was absolutely immaculate inside and out afterwards. The upholstery had been steam cleaned and was still slightly damp, but I was provided with a seat cover and it dried quickly. Thoroughly recommend Shining Star, the only downside is the lackluster website which has no online booking option.

Went for an express wash and they did a great job. It was well worth the price and definitely would go again.I was not able to find the location based on Google maps though. After a few minutes of searching, found the place opposite to the location indicated.

I'm not entirely sure the car I collected was the one I'd left, seeing as it looked so different. Nice guys and fantastic service, reasonable prices too.

Took partners car here a few days prior to sale and had it detailed, this included the seats being steam cleaned. As it was a cloudy/wet day I wasn’t too fussed on the exterior it just needed a deep clean in the inside as he smoked in the car.Initially as I inspect the car and was very pleased with the smell and the cleanliness. They provided a plastic bag material seat cover to ensure the seat didn’t get dirty or I didn’t get wet which I thought was great. They did take a while considering I was the only customer there the whole time... there were only two men there and it took close to 1h and a half but I suppose that’s not too bad.The drive home the smoke smell was returning and it smelt worse. We weren’t expecting the smell would completely subside but we were expecting the car to smell better than what it did for at least the next day or two but that was not the case.I did also observe a few things missed once I had time at home such as a dead fly and debris on the dash that was there prior to the clean, the roof in the car still had stains that I had pointed out to the man I spoke with which I ended up being able to get out with Aldi ore was stain and the back middle seat appeared to have a stain still.My only ‘issue’ if that’s even what you’d call it was the condition of the waiting area... it had mix matched sofas an ottomans that were pushed around everywhere but the gentleman pushed the chairs back when I had walked in. There were magazines and newspapers left in between the sofas and on the coffee table. Untidy wires for their surveillance cameras, a bracket on the Wall and no rubbish bin which annoyed me for the simple fact that I hopped in the clean car and already had rubbish in it.In my opinion, the waiting area does not reflect the quality of their job to clean the vehicles, but I definitely think it should be tidied up a bit to improve future customers experience.

They are very professional and very quick to get my car clean.I will go again.

These guys wash my car like it is their own, leaving no spots or watermarks. They are definitely a service you would return to again! They are also compassionate and reasonable , as I had somewhere to be in 45mins and they gave it back brand new, before my deadline.

They ripped me off..charged me $50 and not even wiped inside can feel the dust all over the car. Before I went there I call and ask him price for SUV car wash and clean and guy quote me $40 but when i went there and he seen expansive brand car he told $10 extra he said ””its not normal SUV car ”””which dosent make any sense to me..
