Have been seeing Tim at Mr Hackett for a few years, consistently the best haircut you’ll get anywhere in Brisbane in my opinion having tried numerous places beforehand. Be prepared to pay $70, some of the reviews on here I think are due to bill shock from people that walked in and wanted a $30 haircut. I’m telling you it’s worth the price based on the compliments and feedback I get from other people.

Absolutely the best. I’ve had haircuts all over the world and these guys are the best. Tim’s jokes could be better but you can’t not love him.

Easily the best hairdresser I’ve ever been too and I regularly see Tim who is the most professional hairdresser I’ve ever used . His attention to detail is ridiculously good can’t recommend him enough. Tim and the owner also have great banter and great beer !!

My first cut with Greg was via a gift card. Since then Greg and his team have always done superb haircuts for me. Their price seams high but Greg or one of his team spend at least 50 minutes on my mop and only use shears as a final finishing touch. Since moving away from the Hawthorne Bulimba area i'v ventured to local hairdressers who rip me thru in 10 minutes using mainly the shears, like shearers do with merinos. You get what you pay for. I'll make the extra journey to Mr Hackett in the future.
