Wongan Wildflower Walk

A fantastic wildflower walk in late September, even better for wildflowers than the Christmas Rock Walk. We even saw a giant patch of cowslip orchids, which I've only seen in smaller groups of 1-3 before. The entire loop only takes about 40 minutes with many stops for photos. The track is actually quite wide and you could take a 4WD down it, but it's much better to actually walk if you want to spot the rarer wildflowers.Note: Just a small wooden signpost at the start of this walk, no big map or info plaques like Christmas Rock Walk.Note: Most of the walk is signposted, but there's a crossroads with no signage and if you go straight you'll end up on Pioneer Rd. There were plenty of lovely wildflowers down that track though, so even if you get lost it's a win!
