Had my brows done this morning with Janis and she was exceptional. She was so considerate and paid great attention to detail for what my brows need and what would suit me. It’s very rare to be able to trust someone implicitly with your brows! But more importantly, she was so friendly, warm and genuine and that is what leaves a lasting impression. I sincerely hope her value is not overlooked!

About a month ago I had my brows done by the lovely Janis! I can say that without a doubt, this was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had at a Benefit store - Janis had such a deep knowledge of Benefit products, and not only showed me what would suit me best, but how to use them. Her kindness, honesty, and accessibility has now made her my regular brow girl! I hope this feedback makes its way back to her, because I could not recommend Janis enough!!

I would like to say that I have had amazing experiences with Louise in the past. She is an extremely kind and friendly brow expert, who puts in the extra effort to make her clients feel comfortable. You’re amazing Louise!

Absolutely loved the experience I got from Janise, it was my second time ever getting my eye lashes tinted and my eye brows waxed and it was just so easy and simple. I went to somewhere else before and didn't have the best experience so this really helped me be comfortable getting it done again. Would definitely get it done there again!

Ash did my eyebrows today and she did such an amazing job. The best part was how friendly and welcoming she was it felt like I was hanging with a friend. Would recommend to friends and will definitely be returning!

Incredibly disappointed with my eyebrow waxing experience here. I initially came from a recommendation of a colleague from experiences she had at the Chermside location.My eyebrows were messy with unclean lines and didn’t look like they’d just been done at all.I returned about 10 minutes later and Louise was not there— assuming she had gone on her break.The lovely women who work at Myer had no idea where she had gone, so I waited an hour for her to get back.When Louise finally got back from her break, I received a call to which she answered “you’re not happy with your brows?” As I explained the situation, she asked for me to come back. I went back and, to my dismay, was met with condescending comments, such as “I think the problem is that your standards are very different to mine.” Shocked, I wanted to cry. I don’t think my standards are too high when I am paying almost double what most places in the industry cost for a simple brow wax ($36?!). At the end, she told me to “check again so you don’t need to come back.”I have attempted to reach out to Benefit’s feedback email and heard nothing back.I am awaiting a follow-up reply, but alas, I think our “standards are a little different.”Safe to say I will not be returning and most definitely will not be recommending this service to anyone.The photos added are the job that Louise let me walk out with after my service.Disappointing from such a trusted company.
