Didn't get my order right and gave me something I couldn't eat. I explained and staff were rude and wouldn't remake although the fault was on them.

Slack on sauce & salads, my friend had to beg for extra. The most descusting kabab ever, I ate 1/2 and could not eat any more, I felt scurmish the rest of the day. Then when I got home I vomited that 1/2 up.KABABS GOOD FOR THE TOILET""

8:35pm and attempting to get a pida for pickup tells me they close in 2 min but hours are open till 9pm poor form.

food quality and customer service has dropped severely over the last few months. it's very rare to get a good kebab any more, they used to be very full with fresh ingredients and well toasted. lately the food is often soggy and you feel rushed to get in and out. some servers often stand around and chat while others are busy serving several customers.i hope the quality of the food and service improves as the kebabs here were once some of the best food around this centre.

Came in for a kebab about half an hour ago, the person who served me was on her phone when I walked in. She only bothered to put one glove on while making my kebab, didn’t wash her hands, after using her phone and touched my food with her ungloved hand. Extremely unhygienic as phones are one of the dirtiest things we carry, it’s common sense to wear two gloves and wash your hands before food service, extremely unimpressed.
