Call up about a motorcycle battery worth $100. Price quotes $221` + GST.1) I should not need to call you to check the price of your products.2) I should not need an account to place orders and receive said products.3) You should not be charging 200% RRP.4) If you're going to charge so much for a product, at least have it in stock.What a joke. Don't even bother Blackwoods.

This is the slowest and most expensive company. It took 45 minutes to get through to them on the phone after 4 calls and then the lady on the phone had no idea what was going on. Delivery was going to take 3 days from Sandgate to Newcastle. Oh and dont mention how long it took to get served at the counter after I had to go and pick the goods up myself. The staff dont even lift their head to acknowledge that you are there.Such bad customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Jesus. The staff at the Sandgate store are genuinely hopeless. Provide them with some training or supervision for the love of God.It took 2 staff on the front desk more than 45 minutes to process the payment for a single bucket. How can the staff whose only job is to process counter sales not understand how the computer system works?Next time I'll just go to Bunnings.

Hopeless. Indian person could not understand me and even when I eventually explained everything he referred my to their website. Most unhelpful and a turn off for using them.

The only reason that I am giving Blackwoods Sandgate 1 star is because you can't give a 0 star review.From the majority of my other reviews you can see that I give local businesses a fair go. However, sometimes a company is just so bad, so rude, and so incompetent that you have to let other people know (so that they avoid the business and hence the pain).It has now been over 5 times that I have called up to ensure that a job-critical item is in stock to be told: yes

So many products to choose from, but never any in stocks.Oh but you can get them in from Sydney? A 2 week wait for them to be brought in.Stuff that, I'll go around the corner to total tools.Either update your stock to reflect what you offer or remove those items from your catalogue. The amount of times I've left empty handed is ridiculous.
