I ordered from many places for my small business. This place personifies TRUE customer service and quality items. I will never go to any other company for my business cards, labels, etc.Although I don't live in Melbourne, their online services/website to order your office/business needs is super user friendly and the most organised I have used.Looking for a printing company? Wasted two weeks, and took about an hour and half of my time.I sent these guys specific requirements, exchanged a couple short emails, and followed up with a call. They understood what I wanted so I sent them my order.I had to follow them up after two weeks because I heard nothing. Then I was asked what I wanted, so I went through it all again by email and phone, then I was told after a further three days that they only do die cut (not laser) and they only do sheets (not rolls). There were a couple of other things that they couldn't do that I specifically asked them in the first instance.My experience with this outfit was very unprofessional. I suggest you look elsewhere. I have since found a much better (and cheaper) supplier
