We brought Ssangyong Rexton recently, received brand new car with painting protection and a set of cleaning solutions. The seller said paint protection helps to protect the car and clean easer, but NO. The dust and bugs stick on the car hard to clean, 2,3 times my partner have to rub hard but still not clean probably. It is much harder to clean normal car without paint protection. My partner contacted after sell service, and she said because we not follow cleaning instructions. Funny!! Our jobs everyday at work follow instruction procedures, she means my partner doesn’t know how to read or not understand the instruction labels. Anyway, Not good experience AT ALL. I PAID MORE FOR THE BETTER NOT FOR THE HARDER. Please consider about painting protection, I’m NOT RECOMMENDED

Travelled from Gawler today to look at a rexton two people asked if we were being dealt with we said no and were told by one they would get someone the other said I only do Isuzu so we waited 20 mins another couple came onto the sales area looking at fords and was dealt with immediately obviously they are not interested in selling ssangyong so we walked away the service was very poorWe will not be going back

I had such a great experience with the dealer, salesperson Josh was polite, professional, not been pushing and helped me through out the whole time.
