Daniel has worked so hard to get me mobile again. He quickly realised with me that he had to contain me as much as challenge me… not an easy job. He has been amazing in terms of helping me regain mobility but more importantly confidence. I could not recommend anyone more highly. He is superb!

Daniel has been amazing during my total hip replacement rehabilitation. He has helped manage the pain and my flexibility has increased immensely. He was very thorough and took a personal interest in getting me back on my feet. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I ever need a physio again.

In July 2021 I had a total knee replacement. Daniel Lloyd treated me, intensively in the first few months, and more recently every 3 weeks. He is a real gem, helping me manage my pain, working on my flexibility, and planning (and checking I was doing them correctly) the exercises to improve my condition. He is an expert in knee recovery, pleasant and professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone with knee or hip issues.

I had bilateral total knee replacements in October 2021. Daniel at Flex-Able physio has been with me every step of the way in my recovery. I've had a great post surgery outcome which has been due in no small part to the treatment, guidance and support from Daniel. He's been a pleasure to work with.

I find Daniel to be very professional and caring. He has helped me enormously with exercises for my arthritis, especially my balance. I noticed an improvement in my wellbeing after the first session. I have no hesitation in recommending his services
