Ride N Shine Car Wash

This used to be a great car wash - but has changed hands and is now disgusting. Clearly a dirty, oily rag was used to clean my windscreen as it had smudge marks all over it - which wasn't visible until out in the daylight.I don't think my back seat was even touched as there was still evidence of dirt from dog paw prints on the seat (leather seats so its pretty easy to spot)Was a regular to the car wash - will be finding another one now!

The carwash was decent. But sprayed super super strong deoderiser all over the vehicle. I have to drive with windows open and still get a headache.

We had a literal 30-minute window to get the car washed before running to school pick up and these guys had the best attitude about it - not only did they say yes that they would do it, they were right on time, AND the car was spotless after not having been washed for months and months - the inside and outside were sparkling clean and the attention to detail was fantastic! Will happily use their services again! Great job!

These guys have been one of the best car wash services ive encountered. My car was spotless.They also detailed my motorcyle and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend these guys.

Honestly, these guys do god's work. I dropped off my car and 90 minutes later, it looked better than brand new. I had some paint transfer from when I hit a pole a few months ago, and it has been removed and you would never know it was there. Reasonably priced, and good service. I'll never go anywhere else for my car wash and detailing

They did alright washing the car and it was clean and all but the people there were just not very nice and did not put in any effort to treat us like customers

I went to this facility and was met by two guys who were standing around doing nothing; there were no other cars to be seen. I was approached by one of the guys, and was told that the car would be ready in 90 minutes.I said OK and handed over my keys. I returned to the car about 15 minutes later, to get something out of it, and saw that the the car had been moved. No personnel could be seen, and no other cars had been taken in. My keys were lying on the bonnet, in full view of anyone walking past.I heard voices coming from a back room, and went to investigate. I found the two guys sitting on chairs, having a chat.I told them that if they were that busy that they had not yet started, I was taking my car to another facility.This car wash won't get a cent from me in the future. (If it has a future, that is...)

Not sure what the change in management has achieved. I came here before the new management and got great service and quality work, went a second time and paid for the top package but was not impressed. Did not even attempt to clean out the cup holders and left smudges all over the paint work.Will not be returning

Management leave keys on top on car roofs in plain sight. Recently a car has been stolen due to this company leaving keys out in the open. I've heard they didn't inform center management or police. They have no insurance!! DO NOT USE!!Total rip off. Use to be good, change of hands recently. Rude service. Paid $39 for a clean inside and out. Returned to find bird poop still on the outside. Inside of the car still had sand, dirt, dog hair and sticks in it.When I politely asked him why it hadn't been vacuumed he proceed to tell me dog hair costs an extra $15 on top?! Doesn't explain the dirt sand and sticks remaining! Plus change stolen from console, but what do you expect?He was rude, lazy and over priced. Seriously go spend the $15 at the coles car wash and do it yourself. You'll get a better result!

DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PAINT JOB. These guys are butchers. Had my 2 month old VW Golf R washed there on Saturday. They scratched all of the rims, two really badly. When I complained to the manager he claimed he couldn't see any scratches on the rims even though he refused to look at them. He showed me the sponges they use to clean the wheels that are the same ones they use to clean the cars and they were as black and dirty as a tyre. He carried on like a five year old saying it was impossible that they could be responsible. At least no-one stole the car while it was there.
