I recently used Yallingup Event Hire for my wedding for florals, styling/design and furniture. The team was amazing, very easy to communicate and deal with, the whole process was easy and on the day the whole team made my dream come to life. I didn't need to worry about anything as they had it all sorted ! My florals were stunning, absolutely loved them and very handy having a florist as-well as their furniture and styling packages, Hayley and Natasha did amazing! For a wedding or event down south, would recommend!

The whole Team really blew all expectations for a southwest wedding out of the water. Madi and myself honestly could not have had our day be so special if it wasnt for the upmost professionalism shown by everyone at YEH. It all was first class from the front end of things where Madi was in contact in Natasha, Hayley and Chantal regarding the styling, florals and signage and the team on the day were sharp and proactive and made sure that the venue was set just as we planned! it was flawless. As someone that deals with retail customer statisfaction this honestly hands down was where I wish there were more stars i could give with this review.To anyone needing an event designed with all things accounted for, look no further. The whole team was fantastic to work with from start to finish when planning our wedding. Hayley was amazing. So easy to communicate with and she put together the most beautiful florals and styling items for our ceremony and reception. I would not be hesitate to recommend these fabulous humans.

We used Yallingup Event Hire for basically everything on our wedding day! We hired all of our furniture, table settings and signage and had the beautiful Hayley creating our florals. Having everything in the one place made everything so seamless and meant that we didn’t need to coordinate between various companies and meant that everything matched and worked well together. David and Kylie and the team were so easy to deal with for the whole process, they responded to emails so quickly and we couldn’t fault anything! Hayley was absolutely beautiful to deal with and had the best ideas for our florals. We absolutely adored the arrangements that Hayley came up with and we were so happy to see our vision come to life on the day. Everything was perfect!

YEH are an absolutely wonderful team who create the most incredible events down south... I cannot recommend their services enough. Nothing was ever too much or hard to accommodate when working with them to plan our wedding (even with COVID delaying the first attempt!) and the final product was everything we could have asked for and more! Thank you David, Kylie, Natasha, Hayley, Chantal and the rest of the crew, you guys are amazing!!

We were lucky enough to have YEH do our styling, florals, signage and lighting for our recent wedding (yes, they really do do it all!). We were so incredibly happy with absolutely everything and could not recommend them any higher. Absolutely amazing company!My new husband and I are so glad that we booked these guys to organise our wedding for us.From our beach ceremony set up to the winery reception set up, everything was perfect and better than we could have hoped for.We first got into contact with David and Kylie at YEH at least 18 months before our wedding and they were so easy to communicate with, constantly replying to my many emails with every little question I had. Natasha was at my beck and call, day and night. She helped with our reception styling when we didn't have a clue what we wanted and organised all our last minute requests, even when it was less than 24 hours before the wedding!Hayley was so helpful when deciding what flowers to go with and what colours would work best. She managed to create the most beautiful arrangements and figured out exactly what I wanted even when I couldn't figure it out myself.And all the furniture set up staff were absolute guns, we had a little sneak peak at our tipi the day before the wedding while it was being assembled and the guys gave us a wave and a smile while they were working so hard to get it all ready.We can 100% recommend this company, they MADE our wedding and we couldn't be happier. We would do it all over again if we could :)

Absolute professionals in their field!Y.E.H were a huge part of our wedding dream team earlier this year, they did everything from furniture hire, set up/pack down, overall styling and florals & I would use them again & again if needed.They made new products in house for us to hire so we could use them for our reception & none of our requests for change were ever an issue - even when we had to make some last minute cuts to reduce our budget so we could cover some unforeseen emergency costs elsewhere!Hayley & Natasha were so lovely to get to know throughout the entire experience, I would absolutely love to work with them again if we ever needed to! Trust their vision!
