Children's Speech and OT- St Albans

Have been with children speech and OT for several years. Therapist were always wonderful. However staff often move on so my son has multiple different therapists. Several months ago, both his therapists left they service. They advised they would add him to wait list. Never heard back from Child speech and OT. Attempted multiple times to contact the service via email and phonecall. They no longer return my calls. At this point I just want his paperwork so we can move on. Very disappointed after 4 years to treated with such disregard. Really hope start to take better care of their families.

Carla has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, both over the phone and in person she has always delivered nothing but the best.

I have been taking my child to this speech and occupational therapy center for 2 years, and until recently, it was a fantastic experience. However, in November 2022, our therapist left for another job. We were advised that our son would be added to a waitlist, but since then, we have received no communication or updates regarding the assignment of a replacement therapist.When I followed up last week to inquire about the delay, I was extremely disappointed to hear that there were no vacancies and was even told to look for services elsewhere. I feel that the way we have been treated is completely unacceptable. As a loyal customer who has always spoken highly of this center, I expected more than just being put on a waitlist and then completely ignored.I hope that they start taking better care of their families and customers, because this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
