I've been to this Chemist 3 times since moving to the area in December 2016.We do our pharmacy shopping monthly and there are quite a few items, so I list what I need on a spreadsheet, print it and hand them all the scripts. On the first order, they ignored the spreadsheet in spite of being asked to only supply those items, they supplied every script. However, they didn't supply one item we asked for because they said there was no script - there was.When we got home, they had charged for, but not supplied 2 of the items, one was an anti depressant that was needed.I rang them and they said their stock was correct and refused to resupply, also causing problems getting supplies elsewhere because the script had been 'filled'.Yesterday was the 3rd and last time. After failing to find another chemist that suited, we handed all our scripts and page of items to be filled to some young female that wasn't paying attention and looked as though she didn't want to be there, and said we'd be back the following day to pick them up.Our Daughter went to pick up the order today at lunchtime only to be told they didn't have any order from us or scripts, but would look. When I rang , I asked had they added my insulin to the order as requested and was told there was no script for insulin - I knew I had one and when we got there they miraculously 'found' it.The final straw was being gouged for over the counter items and the fact they employed a 'Naturopath' and sold Naturopathic 'remedies', the biggest medical rort ever devised.We have yet to check this order off, but whatever happens, we won't be back there ever again. Bye Bye.

Phone enquiries can be tricky and not answered all that clearly or confidently by staff. But retail staff on registers very pleasant and helpful.

Retail ladies at front desk were always nice and friendly. Besides that, WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!

i have been regular shopper at both store , i have dealt with jasmine on many occasions and she has always been wonderful,caring and very passionate at what she does, she would never treat or disrespect anyone.

They are so dodgy I went their three time they have big sign of RAC 5% off but that’s lie they don’t give even 2% off everyone you should check your receipt

Worst chemist in the area. Better to drive 5-10 mins down the road to one of the others. Pretty average selection of items but the main dislike is no matter what day of the week or time you go there, weather it it busy or you are the only person in the store be prepared for an absolute minimum 30-45 min wait on any prescription to be filled. Staff are unhelpful and don't seem to care or want to be there.(This review will probably get another generic reply saying “we care and will aim to do better” like all the other ones..dont believe it)

Friendly staff and easily asked for a product stock and everything else is just as similar as any other Chemist Warehouse.

31/12/2020. Would not go back here as I was verbally abused and harassed by an employee. Now, this employee who I can only describe as a 20-25 year old, caucasian, female with brunette hair whom was wearing a white coloured apron, was verbally abusive inside and outside the store, and further harassed me due to my obvious physical limitations. Additionally, throughout her tirade she continued to belittle me and treat me as a third class non-citizen incapable of making any meaningful decisions due to her perception that I myself am of no societal value and therefore a burden simply because I have mobility issues as well as a slight vision impairment. Now as an active member of society and a seasoned academic, I was taught to treat others as I myself would like to be treated and to further uphold as well as strive towards an enlightened form of equitable tolerance based on the well defined principles of the UNHDR in association with the Australian laws of civil decency, but obviously I am wrong as there is apparently no place for these aforementioned vicitudes within modern Australian society as shown by this young woman's actions. Therefore I do not seek an apology or any form of redress, I simply state that I myself will not be returning to this particular pharmacy and I will also additionally advise my academic peers, undergraduate and postgraduate students, co-workers, sporting club members, social club members, creative arts troupe, DFES associates, DVA and RSL members, family, friends, mechanic etc, not to shop at this outlet anytime within the near future.FYI. To narrow down my description further I believe this woman finishes her shift at 6pm today, as far as I was able to deduce from her previous conversation with another staffer, and I strongly recommend that it be her last.

I'm surprised this place is still in business. 45 minute wait for 2 scripts, only to be told one of them isn't in stock. Never answer the phone, they mess up scripts all the time and almost all the staff have attitude issues. The only exception is Stevie, she's an absolute gem.
