Khancoban Lakeside Caravan Park

Deb and Tony are friendly and helpful.Powered sites prices are a pleasant change from the big city parks.Awesome amenities, clean and modern.The camp kitchen is a great space as is the games room.I've been their a few times and will be going back.Khancoban is a sleepy town but so many outdoor things to do.

The amenities were new and clean. The owners were great also, will be coming back for sure

We’d been cycling for two days and 100km+ on gravel roads with 27kg bikes - so our standards might have been a bit low. BUT the place was awesome! - beautiful location with excellent facilities. Clean bathrooms and showers with massive water pressure. Camp kitchen was huge and the grounds were well kept. Lots of local birds, parrots and cockatoos. Very pleasant place and would happily go back for camping or cabins.

Great place to stay if you're traveling by motorcycle ! The one bed rooms are excellent !! Very well kept. King size single bed , air con worked fine. And a reasonable rate. Staff are very knowledgeable about the area and happy to help. I'll be back for sure !!

I loved staying here in the middle of winter! I stayed in cabin M, which was one of the spa cabins with a view of the lake.The cabin itself wasn’t great - it was a bit old a tired and not 100% clean, but it had an excellent split system that kept the cabin very toasty whilst remaining very quiet.The verandah out the front was a lovely spot to just stare off into the distance at the lake and the hills. It was just so quiet and peaceful.I dare say I wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much in summer, when there’s more people around making noise, but if I get the chance next winter, I’ll definitely be coming back, because it was just such a lovely, quiet and restful place to be to just wind down, read some books and go for walks taking in the beautiful scenery.

We are here on our third night. The amenities area is so neat and very clean. The camp kitchen and dining room is of a decent size as well as a decent games room and plenty of bbqs and outside eating area. The sites are very large and level and some have lake views. Debbie and Tony are very friendly and helpful, cannot do enough to make you comfortable, thank you for a great stay and thanks for you help with the fire pit, enjoyed it very much.

The people who run it are nice enough, but $38 is a bit much for the unpowered sites which have ZERO shade and it's a long walk to the amenities, which I didn't use. Honestly, you're much better off at the very scenic boat ramp.

This a great caravan park location. We had a cabin, though dated it was comfortable, dry and warm.I would stay here again. It's a pity Khancoban itself has very little to offer apart from the roadhouse and the pub.

Every time we stay here the people are very helpful and friendly. The amenities are great. Always clean and new looking. Love coming to visit
