Pagoda Resort & Spa

Rooms nice, but a little tired. Staff are very pleasant, helpful and high level of service. Being right on the freeway is a little off putting, but on the flip side handy for some lovely restuarants.

To book a room for a wedding there took me 4 gos, with the first 3 being lost or not booked, couldnt manage to email a confirmation even after 3 more calls.Rooms were ok, need a good update and the couches need a clean from all the stains.8 days later called again as they still havent managed to refund the bond, with the staff member hanging up on me. Rude.Only good part of the stay was the buffet breakfast, we had gotten in early so was quite and had lots of options.Would not recommened.

Hotel provided a good sized room and bathroom. The pool was not heated (but was supposed to be) the weekend I was there. This was disappointing. The only problem with the shower was the hose head kept falling off the wall attachment. This would startle me every time (which was every shower). Water pressure was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay in Pagoda. My room was overlooking the Canning highway and Swan River. Although the location is next to a highway, you really can't hear any noise. The sunset is stunning on Swan River. It is close to ammenities though tucked in a suburban area. It made me feel like a local.The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful and treats their guest well.The room is clean and the spa is relaxing. The parking is ample. Breakfast is delicious and the ambience is wonderful.I lost my cards as I checked out and Drew who was the night auditor on duty stayed with me until I found my card which I misplaced in my car.I am grateful for Sarah and Ron who were very helpful. I experienced an airline cancellation and they had a room for me when I requested though it was peak season.I felt safe in that hotel and well looked after.Thank you Pagoda Resort and Spa. It made my first visit to Perth special.

Staff were fantastic, food was well priced, the room was clean and well priced. Only down sides were the walls must be super thin as we were woken by screaming children at 6am (who didn't settle). There is also no way to connect your device or utilise Netflix or anything other than the standard TV channels which was such a let down!

To be honest I've had better value, better experience in a caravan park. No Foxtel, mini bar?? No cutlery, buffet breakfast cold and overpriced, $200 bond on arrival? $15 overnight parking? - how did this place get an over inflated star rating? Even feels tired and worn out. This place needs to seriously change it's business model. It's staff are though, super friendly. And .. at the buffet cold breakfast they were questioning my partners sons age??? Like am I a liar? I told them his age, they didn't tell me about the bond!! Management here I suspect relies on the reps that pass through here - not a place for a vacation. Their response pretty ordinary - take it or leave it, even cooperates suggesting - bye. Need a new management team.

The 2 bed apartment wasn't clean.Like the cushions and spare blankets I had to clean in the wash machine. As they smelt like other people's colognes etc etc.The stove light was very oily. And the room we had, had outdated coffee table and old wooden desk which is covered with sheets.The beds i will say though were comfortable.The reception staff were lovely. However a few of the restaurant staff were not friendly.Over all it was okay. We had two spas in our apartment which was nice. But make sure you fill the spa and run it with a disinfectant first as other people's dead skin were in the Jets.I wouldn't run back there in a hurry. Just mainly to do with the cleanliness and also not having fresh air in the rooms, which made me feel Claustrophobic.

We recently had our wedding reception at the Pagoda and it was everything we wanted. Yuka was amazing from start to finish and was more than accommodating to last minute changes to make sure we had a stress free reception. The food was impeccable, the staff were friendly and the tables looked fantastic. The bridal suite was spacious and well set out. The buffet breakfast was included in our package and was worth it!
