First time using this company for a general service. Mitchells customer service is fantastic, was so friendly, gave regular updates on the car, called to discuss pricing before doing extra jobs, and what I should keep an eye out for in the upcoming services. He was very thorough and felt trustworthy which is hard to come by in this particular industry these days as a woman who doesn't have any knowledge on cars.

The staff were really kind and easy to talk to, but they failed to do their due diligence and really overcharged me. I’d brought my car in for what I assumed was a transmission issue (loud noises, engine cut out a few times, and high RPM) they charged me $200 and said they’d found no issues with the car besides needing a new spark plug. I brought it to a different mechanic who told me that my brake pads need replacing, I was completely out of oil and needed more coolant and transmission fluid, which was causing the engine sounds. So I’m assuming all care plus did was plug in the computer and look for codes and not even bother to check the oil or other fluids.

Fantastic service - whilst I would ordinarily worry that a mechanic could take advantage of my ignorance about cars, Mitchell and the team go above and beyond in making sure everything is transparent and explained clearly. And a free car wash as well! Would highly recommend.

Mitch and the team did a fantastic job with my car. They took it in on short notice, supplied and fitted parts on a 24 hour turn around. Mitch communicated everything very clearly and I am very happy with the service provided.

Outstanding customer & car service! First time I’ve driven my car away after a service and actually noticed a great difference in my car’s overall functioning. Both Mitchell and his team were super friendly and engaging, explained everything very clearly, spoke with me multiple times on the phone to check in with me regarding what extra servicing my car requires and what I’m happy for them to go forth with and fix, and just overall very knowledgeable and willing to put the hard work in. And I thoroughly appreciated the complimentary car wash!

My partner took his car here to get a RWC and got ripped off. They charged a lot more than other mechanics to do the RWC and claimed that the car needed $5k worth of repairs and many of which were not relevant to the RWC. He took his car to another mechanic who basically confirmed that this place was a rip off. The service was done elsewhere at half the cost. Don’t waste your time or money here.Also, most of the positive reviews are FAKE so that says a lot about this place.

I had a child car seat installed about seven months ago and they did it incorrectly. I've only found this out now, having a professional install a new seat. I don't know what this says about the other services they offer but it is maddening to think they would do something like this incorrectly. I think about the last seven months of driving my kid around unsafely and it makes me sick. Their website says that 70% of car seats aren't installed correctly; I didn't realise they were referring to their own installations.

Very overpriced. Went to these guys to get a standard RWC and paid $260, which is a lot higher than I have paid before with other reputable mechanics. Upon completion of the inspection, I was notified that the car had failed and would need roughly" 4k worth of parts and labour to pass
