My family & I celebrated my father's 90th birthday at the Cardwell Beachcomber Restaurant, and we couldn't fault it. The food was lovely but the staff were amazing. The two ladies behind the counter were lovely, friendly & efficient.

Stayed in our van, the best set up, very clean,well designed out park and facilities, across from beach, has everything you'd need including ATM. Really enjoyed our stay, will definitely return. Thanks guys

We made a deliberate stop, driving from Victoria to Cairns, we were here last year and loved the restaurant so much we wanted to come back again!Food was amazing!We had the Grilled Barramundi with Garlic Prawns, so delicious!Service over and above!Special mention our waitress Chonny she was so friendly and informative on the menu!Highly recommend this restaurant - definitely worth stopping for at Cardwell!

The food was amazing! I had the reef pizza it was extraordinary! Ingredients were fresh and the dough was handmade not premade pizza dough. The sticky date cake was tasty as well. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Chips were golden and crispy! 4 stars as it is a bit pricy.

We attended dinner here tonight with adults and a couple of children. Everyone watches you like a hawk when you walk in the doors (if you’re not fancy enough for their liking) the food was bland. Nothing fancy for the price, I think purely the fact you can’t get much else in Cardwell so they play on it. Let me tell you the service was disgusting by one particular waiter, young tall boy who was possibly new, but my god his table manners were horrible. Slammed plates down, said ‘yep’ constantly with arrogance, pushed infront you at the table without saying excuse me, his manners were extremely poor. However another young gentleman with glasses certainly made our experience a bit better so you should thank him because he was lovely. We won’t be back and unfortunately we will let others know not to come here when visiting.
