I don’t mind loud music when at a party or club, not while shopping. It was nerve racking. I wanted to rush out.Told Clair nicely the music was too loud. She told me the customers like it like that. I informed her that’s not what I heard from others.Also, been in a few times. Staff are always around the balloon table laughing and joking around. That’s all well and good, but people are waiting to be checked out. I understand if busy doing something, but they aren’t. They just ignore you.I really used to like the store. Think I will take my business elsewhere.

Actually surprisingly nice! I was looking for craft items and the other stores had nothing. This place was very clean and had tons of cheap craft items perfect for what I needed. It also had a bunch of party items for relatively cheap compared to even other stores like Kmart. Definitely check this place out for some cheap steals.

Fantastic experience, I bought masks the price was lower than anywhere i have bought previously from other stores. The girls were so helpful because I needed other things to make fabric masks, they suggested so many great products. This store has so many beautiful things and variety is awesome. Thank you to the staff for all your help. I will definitely be back

Bought balloons from here ($50 worth) and was going to pick them up later on so the helium would last for our party. The guy at the register was very friendly and provided great service. He took my details down (name and number) and wrote the time they should be collected at. He very clearly told me that this was so if I didn't happen to turn up at 5:30 they would call me and let me know. Got caught up in other things and before you know it... It was past 5:30 and I realised I hadn't picked up the balloons which I needed for the party that night. I was very surprised that I hadn't received any phone calls as I had been reassured that a phone call would be made if I hadn't picked them up. When I got to the store it was obviously too late. I was extremely disappointed that I hadn't been called. I followed up with this after and questioned as to why I hadn't been given a call. I was given poor excuses and also rudeness from the manager and male who had originally served me. He admitted to not calling me but said they had waited for me. It literally would have taken 2 seconds to make a phone call and I live so close by so I could have easily picked them up. They put all of the blame on me for forgetting and I understand that but it would have been courteous of them to simply give me a call about them. If you say one thing to a customer and then don't follow up then don't say anything at all. Very disappointed and very unhappy with your services. Clearly once you had taken the money from me you really didn't care about the order anymore. I've been coming to your store for years now and I am appalled by the service I received.

The manager Claire is so wonderful you couldn’t ask for better, she’s always got a huge smile on her face and very welcoming. She genuinely cares about her customers too. I always leave this store feeling great and getting the best prices. All quality products with everything at a reasonable price. If you ever need something they have it!

this place is overwhelmingly massive but so worthwhile. I came in for a adult costume after Lombard didn't have any good sizes. the costumes were great but not what I wanted, the girl ones were a lil to erotic for a kids bday I had to go to that Arvo. they have a great selection of everything, all types of balloons, helium, airwalkers, and more, there's so much stuff for pets , Nik naks, gifts, massive gifts, cheap ones all the way thru to expensive items. I ended up buying at least 20 items (toys, superman toys, Spiderman iron man dancer, whoopie cushions girl stuff like keyrings glitter craft stuff wind up toys , drink dispenser and the bday bags and cards and way more that I can type) all for kids bday and it was so cheap like under 30 for everything. the staff are really helpful there was nice guy who chatted away with me and I have actually called them once before and they helped over the phone too! the photos were only for my aunt but I just put them up here lol anyways :) btw I did try to shop on their website but the costumes weren't in the store so I'm not sure if they still update online coz of covid times or not

Lots of specials and amazing costume collection. They have a variety of items right from pet supplies, art and craft, kids toys, garden supplies, house old organiser items etc.

Went in with a balloon from another store and asked for helium to be put in it. They were more than happy to take my money with no warnings that a refund would not be given if the helium didn't work or of any other kinds. So now im out $10 with a balloon that sits on the floor. What a joke.

Glad I found this gem of a store. Initially went here to see if I could find any food deals, but stumbled upon some great stuff for art. Has heaps of little things you wouldn't think existed for your home/car. Everything from party goods to essential home items. Really great store for hobbies and any DIY. Highly recommend.
