Outstanding customer service from Madeline and Amy. I ordered a dress online and made an error when filling in the delivery information, the girls were immediately onto it and fixed without any hassle, my dress arrived beautifully presented with a lovely hand written card , so impressed!

I visited my local Myer store with my Mum to find her the perfect dress to wear to an upcoming wedding. She fell in love with a dress found in Myer, but was left disappointed when the dress wasn’t the perfect fit and lack of customer service failed to provide any alternatives or stock location in other stores. On the way home, I came across the Smoke & Mirrors boutique online - finding the exact dress in the exact size needed. I ordered the dress Tuesday and Mum had it in her hands on the Friday. Smoke & Mirrors boutique’s quick, helpful and reliable service can’t be faulted. We were kept informed about dispatch dates and estimated delivery times. I was greatly impressed by the amazing and friendly service offered (even if it’s online!) and despite living in Sydney, I know which boutique I will be visiting if I’m in Queensland anytime soon! Smoke & Mirrors is my first choice boutique in Toowoomba by a long way! Amy and Madeline offer amazing service and their style advice is second to none!
