I am writing following my husband’s review (Fahad Al Islam). We have seen the reply and unfortunately he has been blocked from writing a response to their reply. The issue is not the policy. We fully respect any rule and policy. The issue was the behaviour towards a customer. The aggressive behaviour that we had to face was unacceptable. We felt threatened. Its a shame the the owner in the response again mentioned us as liars and failed to acknowledge the behaviour of the staff towards a customer. He could have politely told us that unfortunately they cant change it despite being provided with a faulty product. We felt threatened and had to just leave the jewellery piece at the store and leave with our 7 month old! You cannot label a customer as a liar saying they didn’t even buy it and used it. This is not acceptable behaviour under any circumstances! If you ask why we are late, it is because we flew overseas the next day and my daughter was unwell and admitted to hospital after we returned. We are happy to respect any policy but you have to have the decency to listen to a customer’s concerns and behave politely with them. You don’t accuse them to be liars to get your way!!!

The only shop in whole Australia where Mr. Jerry needed an explanation that why a ring I liked one day is not liked by me the second day? seriously? Do I need to provide him justification of an exchange? Poor customer service. man you really need to improve your skills if you want to continue.

I would have given “0” stars if I could! We have had the worst experience ever in Australia with this store today!NEVER SHOP HERE!We bought 3 pieces of jewelry from this store. The stone was chipped in one of them. When we went to show it, the response was we were liars. First we were told we wore it when it was never work and then we were told by the guy there, “i saw sold this piece of jewelry and you were not the one buying it”!!!!this was despite us showing the receipt. He started raising his finger and voice and instead asked me to calm down!!!we had to just leave the jewelry at the store, bear our loss and leave with our dignity! This sort of customer service is unacceptable in Australia!
