They’re an interesting duo the two that run this place but my god they’re good at what they do. I love coming here, I feel very welcome as soon as I walk in the door and I know I’m going to get what I need as the owners are so accomodating.They even called me up when I had a few parcels ‘return to sender’ as I wasn’t home. This is not your everyday post office.

The old owners were atrocious, but the current ones are brilliant and go out of their way to help me, esp as I am disabled. Always polite, have called us if anything odd about a parcel, and happy to bring things to the door when I’m on my disability trike.

The lady boss of this post office is EXTREMELY rude, condescending and arrogant to both customers and staff. I went to pay a bill with the exact change of $X and 75c. I only had the 75c in 10c and 5c coins because the Woolies machine the other day spat out 85c in 5c and 10c coins the other day. So I wanted to get rid of my 10c and 5c pieces. I pretty much counted out the 75c for the lady to make her life easy. She then said, This is a violation of law. You can't pay so many coins." I'm pretty sure this is NOT illegal because otherwise

The new owners of this Post Office is very friendly and helpful. The staffs here often go above and beyond. In multiple occasions that I have written the wrong postal address on a parcel, they came to my office/call me to ask for the correct address immediately. Thank you!!!

The owners here are always helpful, especially if you have questions about the best/cheapest/safest way to post an item. I use this Postshop as my regular bank and newsagent too.

Worst possible customer service ever. No basic courtesy or professionalism. The lady in the shop just does not know how to talk to customers. She is disrespectful and insulting at a personal level. Horrible representation of Australia Post.

The person employed here continually interupted serving me to help regulars, which I didn't have a problem with until by the time it came for her to process my international package she had forgotten I wanted it sent express. When I reminded her she pretended to ignore me and when I repeated myself she said too late now" and refused to repair her mistake. Then then had the audacity to act like she was doing me a favour because the long option was cheaper"

the service lady said I definitely have the little card for collecting the parcel, but I do not, and she just said I didn’t check.They always having trouble to find parcels and blaming on their customers.

The female staff named Mia in this store is totally racist! She judged my name and criticised my cultural root! She also yelled at another Asian girl and refuse providing service! never come here !
