I have engaged Tax Today at Blacktown for over a decade now to have my tax return submitted to the ATO. Each time they have been accurate and very professional. Once again this year I was very happy with their service. I am also very pleased with the result.Many thanks to Kayla and Tax Today. I highly recommend them.

I used to do my tax here and found them reasonable until this year somehow years after I've done my return with tax today Blacktown. My return from this year somehow ends up going into there account. And hasn't that been one wonderful experience. Not only did they make it hard to even get a return call. But then they deposit much less into my account then I was redunded. Considering I'm a single father to a six year old. And just spent four months in a hotel with him after being flooded out of our last place. You think they would have a little bit more compassion. There even trying to say that's what my refund was. But the tax office has sent me the statement of account and notice of assessment. Which clearly shows that they have pocketed some of my money. I wonder how many others they do this too. They even said that I had done my tax return there which is also another false statement. Everybody beware and look forward to seeing them on a media outlet real soon. We have had enough trauma without them doing this. Check there replies to some of the reviews shows the attitude and service there company has. Someone really needs to do something. Reading the replies to the reviews I'm so very disgusted. Tax today I will be the guy that you wish you never ripped off. The attention your about to receive, Is going to be real good to witness.....

After making a few regretful crypto punts and playing with shares, I knew doing my taxes this year would be dreadful!I chose to go to Tax Today after reading online and seeing the many positive reviews about KaylaKayla made the process easy and relatively painless I felt confident she would get the job done right. She did an amazing job and I got a lot more back from the Government than I was expecting.Thank you Kayla, I look forward to having my taxes done by Tax Today next year!

I've been going here for the last 10 years and have always had great service. In particular the last 2 years with Kayla have been sensational. I really appreciate the chats and professionalism and we even get in a few laughs too. Makes tax time easy for me.

Absolutely disgusting service this year! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have never been treated so badly. I had paid to have my tax processed as priority (3-5 business days) according to the accountant, it is now 2 weeks later and I have received nothing, I have been calling for 6 days now and have only JUST received a call back to which the manager, Kayla, was extremely rude, continued to talk over me not letting me say anything. Definitely never trusting these people with my tax again

Really helpful and friendly staff, who went the extra mile to help me with my tax return and explain things clearly to me. I walked away with my return deposited into my account. I definitely recommend Kayla and her lovely staff to anyone needing their tax done.
