Fantastic service. Alex quickly identified the issue with my slow performing PC (a poorly constructed third party build) and was able to rectify the problem on the spot. Now it's humming along at a great speed. Wish I'd engaged Valkyrie earlier as this has cost me countless hours of inefficiency. Will use them for all my computer issues going forward.
