Cash Converters Moonah

Took in some gold cufflinks recently to sell. Firstly they asked amongst themselves whether they accept cufflinks, to which I replied, I'm happy for them to be sold just for the gold (scrap) as they were stamped. They looked at them very briefly before asking where the stamps were. They then said, without any testing that these were plated and would not be accepted.Went to the coin shop around the corner where I was treated very well and offered an excellent price for my 21.5g of 14k gold.

I went to purchase an iPhone 11. Then find out later that night it would sit on “verifying updates” for 12 hours went to take it back the next day and they said they fixed it but didn’t 3 times in the end I just asked for a refund but wouldn’t replace the iPhone or give me my money back. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t tell me information on why they couldn’t refund it just the “ I don’t know man” would not recommend buying anything from there.

Purchased 2 rings recently. 1 from Callum, 1 ring from Tom. (Purchased with other assistant today, but i made a decision because of Tom.) Callum and Tom are absolutely great people having a beautiful smile and attitude, helped us to make a good decision. Thank Callum and Tom kindly!

I have put in many buybacks & payed a lot interest $s. Went into to get the Print out for my chain valued at $27,000 & I got 3 useless pages, all I ask for was the start of the Contract & the ending details. They told me it was in the Archives? I thought it was slack service because why not keep these records on my Cash Convertors app? I have put this bracelet in 3 times. Even if they couldn’t access the details I wanted then no offer to retrieve was given later? When I asked for the Buyback start & finish the rude bloke who made no effort told me just because I put them in & g Lothem out don’t mean they’re mine? Well they are mine & are about to become part of a Civil Law case.? When I think back to the amount of interest I’ve payed this is very poor effort from the staff at Buyback. I showed them enough I.D & parts to prove it was me. The poor guy serving me was embarrassed by the person in charge behaviour. I’m entitled to my Buyback records & how about doing some work for the $150 month interest I have paid many times. Never again if this is the service you get.? My buyback contract & pick up paper work is all I asked for. Not happy at all. Quiet disgusted seeing it was only in September 2022 I picked it up. But I can’t get the 3 times i put it in?

I spoke to Andrea from the finance department today. She provided some of the best customer service I have ever had! To say I left feeling happy with her service is an understatement. Thank you Cash Converters Moonah

I have entered into several buyback contracts at this branch of Cash Converters and in dealing with them I have always felt I was treated as a respected and valued customer, which is more than I can say for other branches of the franchise.If you are expecting top dollar for your goods then you obviously don't know how pawnbrokers operate, but if you are simply in need of quick cash with a minimum of fuss you could do a lot worse than to visit Cash Converters Moonah.I have also purchased a few items from their store and have no complaints in that regard either.

Me go2cashies when I bored toasty or need some cash even all 3 the floor staff are always happy to help never rude I love walking in and just zoning out looking and random gear they sell hydro lights pop vinyls and even fridges for the cold ones

Wayy to over priced. They wanted $99 for a DS game. Honestly will never be back.
