Got a job and told my case manager it was casual but she put it as full time she would not answer my calls

Is there a quarter of a star because 1 star is to generous avoid at all cost they do nothing to help you look for work then they treat you like garbage

Disgusting behavior. Went to my appointment and no I cannot report because I APPARENTLY didn't attend a appointment. Now I have to miss rent and food.

Faye is amazing n supportive... She's helped me along way of my journey of employment n still is helping... Don't know about other ppl there as I haven't had them

Angela and Faye at APM kingaroy were very supportive. As a newly homeless person trying to access jobseeker digital online they adjusted their schedule on the day and tried their hardest to help me.Thank you for your time.W

I've been with them for 2 weeks and I already think they are useless because of the reasons below1. They don't care about the people who use their sevices. I came in to give them a paper copy of my resume as they told me to do and I checked back 4 times during the day and they were closed all 4 times, I had to slide my resume under the door at 1pm in the evening, mind you the sign said they were open all the times I checked in.2. They are absolutely rude, aside from the eff around described up above I have not been treated well even though I have been nothing but polite and patient with them, they treat you like an idiot for the smallest reason such as not getting a text or a message in your message bank3. They are lazy, when I say this, people assume that I am talking about them not getting me a job, but I am talking a few instances where they have done things just because it was required and have done it a slow manner, the biggest being my first interaction with them! It took them a week and a half to make me an initial appointment to set up my job plan with them. A WEEK AND A HALF! In that time they could've put me onto a job and I could be working right now, but no they decided, I'm not sure if it boils down to being lazy or not understanding their job description4. They are the ones that don't follow their job plans, it sounds strange that a job agency doesn't follow their job plans, I told them I had trouble moving due to stitches in my back and they said to at least get 10 jobs applied for and I still got the required 20 and then they suspended my payment, so now I have to go a few day without food, my rent will be late and I will have to borrow money until I get paid because I followed my job plan and they didn't, it's disgusting!So in conclusion these past few weeks with these guys have been terrible and I will be getting a transfer asap!
