Purchased Blinds from Kresta Unanderra and I am very impressed with their customer service! Mary provided the free measure & quote all the way in Gregory hills and she worked quickly and efficiently. I have been communicating with Rita who has been on the ball and polite! We ordered the blinds only 3 weeks ago and they are getting installed this thursday ! I am very happy with their service thus far and would definitely recommend based on their excellent customer service already and I've heard great reviews elsewhere which is why I went with Kresta in the first place :)

got quote from [name removed] (excellent service and tips on decorating) accepted quote , paid FULL cost upfront. Was told 8-10 weeks wait for curtains and blinds. Arrived 14 weeks later. I had to chase up progress many times , made appointment for installation on Wednesday 15th April. Wednesday NO show, i ring up Kresta to see what happened, told the booking was not made!. I offered to pay for a courier to transport curtains and blinds down from warehouse to my place to have them fitted, No good the fitter had to much work on and could not install them.Rearranged for a new installation date being 24 April 2019. Rang this morning no answer ,Will see what happens.Wednesday 24th arrives, I get a call from the fitter the previous night , we have 5 tracks missing and no roller blinds can be found for my job. No point coming down today to install curtains, this is so frustrating especially when i have asked kresta to check that all the curtains were in stock and all fittings were also in stock at the warehouse. I was told Everything is here !.I ring kresta Wednesday, asking to speak to someone in charge , no good the manager is not contactable!. So we organised for temporary curtains to be fitted until the missing 5 tracks can be made in the factory in Queensland, i am told 3-4 weeks on them.Thursday 26th .The fitter arrives with the curtains and roller blinds .he installs the curtains and roller blinds, i am at work. I arrive home and immediately see that all the curtains are creased to buggery.Than i spot something else , one set of brand new curtains have cut marks in them and the light goes right through, i take picture of the faulty curtains and send them to kresta as evidence of faulty workmanship . I ring head office in western Australia and try to ring the office of the general manager of kresta , no one answers the phone. the phone recording says the inbox is full please call at a latter time, To be continued !!!The story continues, i take pictures of the damaged curtains and send them to my local kresta office in unanderra , i get a call from the office staff , Yes sir you are correct the curtain is damaged and we will have a new set made for you ASAP . I contact the person (name withheld) to confirm that the curtain is being remade , absolutely sir i have passed the information and your e mail with the picture to head office in regents park. Four weeks pass I get a call from Regents park Kresta office , I need to send a Fitter to inspect the curtain that is damaged , my jaw drops , you mean that for the past 4 weeks nothing has been done even though i was told that my new curtain was being remade , sorry sir but i received the email 2 weeks ago and have been waiting to organize a fitter to inspect and remeasure the curtain. I ask for The state Manager to contact me to discuss the comedy of errors which has occurred from the first day of signing up with kresta for the blinds. NO MANAGER RINGS ME!. Today Thursday 30th of May 2019 the fitter arrives to remeasure and make a report on the damage blinds , we will see what happens next, stay tuned.

Avoid them if you can! They will harass you for payment on time. When it comes to after service forget it! They have different companies for different blinds. They don't communicate between each other. Lucky I installed one blind was going to do the whole house. Will never do it! Shop around. Go to Campbelltown or Sydney you can get better product and price and SERVICE! Kresta is just the front man for inferior blinds. The main thing is after service if a company can't provide that even though their products have warranty then they are not worth pursuing.

Just got a visit from MARY to do a measure and quote for vertical blinds for my mum. I have never been so disgusted in my life. An arrogant and moody MARY jumped down my throat when I asked her a simple question about a track. My mother thought that they might be able to use the original track. This woman, MARY, rudely and sharply told us that she didn't know about that and told me to go to the office. I then asked her name and told her that we would be making a complaint to Kresta management, to which she smugly replied, I don't care

Don’t waste your time, very unprofessional, 35 minutes late for my appointment, had to ring the office to make sure I had right time, which I did. Would have cancelled if she wasn’t 10 minutes away when office rang me back. I got 2 other quotes that I got literally that day. Im still waiting for a quote!!!

After booking Kresta and then reading the stacks of bad reviews online I was worried. However the service was great from the measure/quote to installation. Shane completed the installation and was super fast, efficient and friendly and did and excellent job. We are really happy with our blinds.

Do not use these people, they treat you like garbage. Honesty goes out the window. I'm waiting for my second blind for two months. They hang up as it suits them, not giving you a chance to answer back as you are listening to them. They talk over you and make up their own story as they go on and on. One person will say the blind is arriving today another will say it is arriving this week however, two weeks prior they telephone you and say the installer will be in touch to book a time. When you question, what is going on they get frustrated with you, get angry and end the phone calls ignoring your concerns. I cannot wait to get the blind and close the chapter with Kresta, they are rubbish and done. They must only focus on the big clients or something. Rubbish company!!!!!!!!!

Paid 50% deposit on 6th June. Got some of my order about 8 weeks later. Now, late September, 3,1/2 months later and still waiting for the rest. Keep getting nice promises from Sandra, Gil, Ian, Scott, Owen that everything wrong will be fixed but these people don't deliver on their promises. Some of the blinds have been measured 5(!!!) times. Still no blinds for those 4 windows. Have paid 100% . WHEN WILL YOU FIX THE CHAINS ON THE 19 BLINDS I DO HAVE AND PROVIDE THE 4 MISSING OR DAMAGED BLINDS???

I have used Kresta many times for my curtain requirements.Such a bad experience from your rep Mary (Warrawong)She arrived late and that was not a problem at all as she was possibly held up at a job prior to me.She asked what rooms and a said two bedrooms.She bought in 1 sample book (that's it) and said you only want sheers.Measured that room went to the next room and then asked if I had chosen yet.She has been before to my place and has bought in more sample books than that when I had the lounge and dining rooms done with sheers.I did not see anything I liked so I just picked a neutral colour for the quote.I knew the quote would be around $1200.00She was gone from my place within 10 minutes.Yes I only had 2 windows and she was probably running late for the next job BUT a bit more time with me and more samples from the van and she would have had a sale.I called the showroom with my dissatisfaction with Mary and she said she with pass the feedback on to Mary?From what I was reading from other reviews I dont think Mary would care.As I said to the lady at Warrawong I really wanted curtains."

Ordered mechanical blinds in Nov 2018 to be promised them installed before Xmas. I got a phonecall 2 weeks before Xmas to say they had the blinds but the remote control was forgotten to be ordered and they wouldnt be installing before Xmas. Rang last week and they are trying to contact an installer to get them up but apparently a week later and a couple of phonecalls later, this installer is nowhere to be found apparently and I still have no idea when they are getting put up. So disgusted and so angry I didnt read these reviews before ordering 3 months ago!
