After a long frustration with multiple property managers, I found Brooke, the best property manager! She is professional and very knowledgeable. She has a strategic approach to all sorts of conflicts. She works for the property investors, understands your goal and works with you. She always has time for me and has amazing communication! She is looking after my 2 investment properties at this moment and my tenants are happy too! Sadly, I can't ask her to manage my third due to the distance, but I wish I could have her manage all my properties!!!!If you are especially an interstate investor, Brooke will do her best to understand you and create a plan for you!

I rarely post negative reviews, but it is crucial to warn others about my disappointing experience with Turner Property Estate Agents. As a buyer, I expected professionalism, transparency, and adherence to fair trading principles and industry standards. Unfortunately, this agent failed to meet these expectations.The agent disregards fair trading and the Real Estate Institute of Queensland's (REIQ) standards. I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and ensure they have everything in writing. Expect to encounter the unethical practice of gazumping.
