We enlisted Sunspec because our neighbours used them. The quote was fair and workmanship on our pergola was good. At the end of the project it appeared a fascia was missing from the entire span. I sent numerous emails to the main office. I also sent numerous text messages to the owner. I had his number as he contacted me a couple times for progress payments. My query was a polite one to confirm if the span was completed or required another piece, which it appeared it did.To date I have never received a reply from the office or the owner himself to a simple one off question.I believe this to be yet another company that once they have their money there is minimal, or no, after sales service. In our case it was none.Update: As the reader can see by the generic response to my review the company/owner does not care about aftersale customer satisfaction. He has all my details and previous attempts at getting an answer to my query regarding the completion of the pergola. Oh well....buyer beware.

A truly very professional job at a very reasonable price. The workers were very capable. They were courteous and a pleasure to have doing the job. We are so proud of our opening pergola it works great, the journey was a great experience.
