Michele is amazing and deserves the highest recommendation. I went in with no idea what I wanted and was very indecisive. Michelle went above and beyond in helpful, patient, understanding and accomodating to my situation. I was 35 weeks pregnant at the time and planning a last minute wedding in 2 weeks. In that time Michele was able to find a dress to suit my small frame and very large baby bump, order it in the right colour and make alterations with plenty of days to spare! She is an expert at what she does and is also a very warm, lovely and kind person who really cares about her clients.

I cannot rate Michele’s highly enough! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The store is beautifully laid out with hundreds of dresses to choose from. I’m a larger size and had no trouble at all finding plenty of gowns to try on in store. The whole experience was incredibly positive and Michele was fantastic!

Michele's is a beautiful boutique with so many options. This was my 3rd time looking for my dress, came up from Melbourne and I left with the one. So glad i went. They we're so helpful and informative and made my whole experience so lovely.Mikayla was amazing and actually choose the dress I picked as the one in the end.

Michelle and Jess from Michele’s Bridal are definitely a power team. They have such great knowledge and genuine care for everyone who walks through their door. I bought not only my wedding dress but also many years ago my Debutante ball dress from Michelle, which is the same for many of my friends. One reason for buying at Michele’s Bridal is that you don’t have to go to a major city to find the perfect dress because Michelle stocks such a huge variety in her store. Michele’s Bridal is by far the best bridal shop in Shepparton, not only because of the range but also because of the customer service you receive. Michelle’s team even made me a custom veil, which finished off my wedding look perfectly. Michelle and Jess are such personable, thoughtful and helpful people. Went to Michele's bridal to purchase my wedding gown after having an extremely positive experience with the girls after being a bridesmaid in my sister's wedding. Tried on about 20 gowns with my mum and bridesmaids in tow and we were kindly allowed to bring a platter and sparkling for the experience. One of my bridesmaids was located in the Gold Coast so Michele kindly allowed me to fly up with a dress for her to try on to ensure the colour suited. Leading up to the wedding day, Michele had offered to get matching ties and bowties to the bridesmaid dress colour and the colour had been discontinued. Two days before the wedding when the replacement ties and bowties turned out to be the wrong colour, Michele went across Shepparton to get some that were the right colour. She also altered my reception dress that I had not purchased from her. The girls at Michele's Bridal could not do enough to ensure my dress experience was an amazing one and I would give 6/5 stars if I could.
