The business name is a bit of a misnomer as they do a whole lot more. We went in asking about maintenance on one of their premium sunroofs and were impressed by all their other stuff. They have quite a large, highly stocked showroom, with an entire late model car in there demonstrating some of the products they sell. Mostly 4wd and rally related and all top notch quality stuff from different manufacturers with a focus on TJM gear. The lady who served us was very helpful with useful advice about the sunroof fitted to our car. It's nice to see a product that actually has knowledgeable support for it after you've bought it!

I bought a tjm winch 15 months ago. It was installed by tjm burwood. I follow the recommended monthly wind out/in procedure and encountered an intermittent problem with wireless operation about 4 months ago. I have been in touch with tjm burwood a couple of times since as i continued to have the problem intermittently. Once covid lockdown restrictions allowed it, i took the car in but, as u would expect, the problem did not arise. After continuing to have the problem at home in days following, i kept in touch with tjm Burwood. Without any fuss and expectation for me to prove it to them, they swapped the wireless receiver and remote over and operation is now all good again. Intermittent problems are always awkward, esp for warranty matters, so I appreciated their approach to supporting me in this. Thanks guys. I would also add that when i originally had it installed, they discovered and rectified quite a serious installation issue with the tjm bullbar (bullbar had not been pinned??) which had been installed by tjm kilsyth 6 months prior but were no longer tjm dealers. I was annoyed with kilsyth but naturally grateful that burwood identified & fixed it.

I've tried to order some canopy struts from here, I have been given an ETA which wasn't met. After about a month of calling I got a phone call from them to say the struts had arrived and the boys just needed to unpack it and confirm. I was told that id get a call back asap to confirm, i never received the phone call back. Waited over a week and still no phone call despite saying that they were urgent. I have made over 11 outbound phone calls with only 1 to date incoming. I can't believe how hard it is to call a customer back, absolutely shocking customer service.They need to put a sticky note" on their desk so they remember to call me back yet that still doesn't happen.. I would recommend against TJM Burwood due to their lack of motivation to chase up parts. Poor parts interpreting guys!"

Lost my sunroof of my Bommodore on the highway due to gust of wind from a passing truck; smashed to smithereens.Rang around and these guys helped out for drop off, pick up, card payment and everything as well as having great knowledge of the issue and quoted to the dollar over the phone. For a small job, the service I received was above and beyond.Thanks Ben and rest of the team.

Asked a couple of months ago for a quote for a Buddy Canopy. Got a quote within a couple of days which was great. I replied saying we accept the quote and to send me an invoice for immediate payment from us. Thats the last I heard from Jono. Not good enough!Guess PJ`s didnt mind as they got the job and I am very happy with their premium canopy!

Amazing customer service, Julian was fantastic. Had a flat car battery outside their shop and they came to the rescue without hesitation.

I ordered winch cradle for my TJM bull bar for 100 series and installed the winch with the TJM Products Burwood. Initial service was good, John was helpful. With winch installation I asked to adjust the torsion bars and to do it if it is required. And that was mentioned in the invoice. But after installing the winch I asked about the torsion bars , because they haven't done it or looked into it, then the person I dealt with earlier did not even answer my questions. Then someone else has to step in to help and to get that sorted. I was disappointed by the way they treated the customer after they got the money. They should continue same service they provide initially to make their job complete.
