Michal the sales person who answers the phone never checked the stock for me. I was keen to drive to the store and purchase a mattress same day. Waited two weeks and never returned my call despite saying he would call me back the same day. Rang today twice and both times he made sheepish laugh and said he hadn't got around to it yet. No sales rapport and have lost a customer. Fast way to run a business with a good product into the ground.

I ordered a Tatami Mat. It was shipped out the next day and arrived within 3 business days which is incredibly quick to my house. Item was well packed and fragile displayed. I will happily purchase from you guys again. Tyvm.

This mattress is surpassing my wildest dreams. I have had several futons in the past, but this is a lighter, softer more wonderful sleep than ever. I am so well slept this morning, no aches and pains. My pillow even felt more comfortable for some reason.Thank you ZENTAI LIVING for providing such a wonderful quality Australien made product. You delivered directly on time, the process was seemless, and the end product is a very happy, well slept ever grateful nurse.Fantastic work.Thank you.

When we went to the showroom in Byron .We were very keen to purchase a bed and mattress after seeing how good they looked on their website. But the lady saleswomen was a real Cow. Rude and unhelpful and didn't make us feel welcome at all. Very un Byron like.Now I won't be buying a zentai bed and I will defiantly not be recommending them to any of my friends. If I could give a minus star rating I would.

These guys give friendly and personal service. Delivery from NSW to Melbourne happened in days and is very reasonably priced.They called to double check the order before shipping both times we’ve ordered. They also went out of their way to source an item for me that was out of stock. Highly recommended.We’ve bought great quality tatami mats from Zentai. They’re set up in a tearoom setting with a kotatsu and we’ve built a storage platform underneath. Now have the perfect office, spare bedroom, dining room, loungeroom combo - perfect for working from home.

The quality of the furniture at Zentai Living is exceptional.I purchased a Queen size platform bed frame in American White Oak with posture slats and couldn’t be happier with the sturdy quality, craftsmanship and beautiful design.I’m in Adelaide and made my purchase from their online store with help over the phone from a wonderful staff member.Delivery was dispatched that day and it arrived from interstate promptly to my front door by courier.Highly recommend & I have nothing but praise for this business and their products!I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Poor Poor customer service. I cannot recommend this store to anymore so if you value ongoing customer service and after sales service, shop elsewhere.They do not understand the law either and how warranties work. Telling me that they are not going to exchange 2 faulty products for me just because it is X number of years old even though it is still inside the warranty window. I think they need to learn the concept of merchantable quality and how it applies to warranties.Plus they will never call back to try work out your issues to your satisfaction.
