We built our new house with Laksh Homes and the journey has been really smooth.Preksha guided us with our color selections and theme setup of house. She also gave ideas of how to do a feature wall in bathrooms and bedrooms. Her consultation was very helpful. Thank you Preksha.Their painter (Turi) did a great job with our feature walls which had some different shapes. Rather than finishing the job in hurry, he did it patiently and with all care required to make it look nice.Because their package had almost everything that we wanted in our house (Eg. Fully tiled bathrooms, 2.7 ceiling heights, good allowance of Tiles and bathroom accessories), we did not have to negotiate for small small things. Few items here and there, they did it for us without any fuss. Their easygoingness was a big plus point and a big mental relief.Guess what? They gave us pleasant surprise on the handover day by putting LED mirrors in our bathrooms though we had selected standard ones :)Overall, very happy with their professionalism in building our house.Thanks Soham and JD for your overall support in the whole project and trying to match our timeline expectations.

GREAT PEOPLE MAKE A GREAT TEAMWe recently gave the contract to Laksh homes to build our first home, which they converted into a dream home. Amazing team (Soham, JD and Preksha). Their teamwork is so great that we didn't only achieve what we want, but also the project was completed before the due time. Hence, we were able to move into our new home before the due date. They work so religiously on each project and they understand that the first home is not only a home to us but it's an emotion. The team has worked so well and has catered our requirements. They work closely with the customers to achieve what they want. I can't thank them enough especially Preksha for the time she invested in this houseI and Preksha use to have long discussions from the colour of the flooring to the colour of the wall and from the tapware to the bathroom tiles. She has helped me in deciding a lot of stuff for my house by giving her opinions and sometimes convincing me to go with her choice (which then turned out to be amazing). She has given her time after work as late as 10 pm and I'm thankful to her for her time and efforts.The team is just a call away. Ready to help, very responsive and very quick. Very hard-working team and result-driven workI have the list of the events for which I'm thankful to the team.When we saw the final results, it blew our minds. I was not able to believe that the house has turned out to be so so amazing.
