Horrible customer service, only one person working over lunch and waited over 25 mins to be served. Employees are rude and look and talk as if they don’t want to be there nor care about the food they are handing out.

Prices have gone up since this new OTR take over, sick of big companies buying out our small businesses, Now all employees ask is what extra I want added to my sub. doesn’t feel warm and welcoming anymore, just feels like how much money they can drain from me:)

Since OTR took over, the prices went up and they don’t participate in Subcard. Last visit I was asked 3 times what I had ordered (which I answered politely each time). The maker of the wraps could have told the cashier? Asked for fresh lettuce (was the last dregs) and was told “it’s all the same”.

wow! I was served today by Liam and his personality and kindness was amazing. I felt so welcomed coming in. This man deserves a raise. 22/02/23 wednesday just letting u know the date so u can tell this man how great he is

Normally this subway is really good. But today was very avg. I mean the staff were friendly, and it looked like they had no prep done for them or cleaning as all there Bins were over full even behind the counter, very limited salads to choose from and unsure of what u just ordered to what to charge u for. It just felt run down in there and not the cleanest when its normally really good in there.

I walked in and asked what time they close as the girl didn't look happy... i walked in at 8:15 and was advised they shut at 9. I placed my order and was asked if i wanted it toasted which i wanted and then to be told it was already turned off. I also noticed all the lights were turned off where the meats and salads were. (They clearly didn't want to be there anymore but it would be nice to be greated kindly)I Was then asked what salads i wanted and apparently there was no lettuce left? No sign or anything advising this, just an empty container with lettuce all around it.Worst service i have received from this place

Called into Subway MtBarker Shopping Centre, for a healthy lunch. I was not alone good crowd being served. The staff behind the counter were busy but very efficient, so after making my choice from such a large range of sandwiches, chicken & bacon, ham, Italian, cold cut combo, oven roasted chicken, pizza sub with cheese, I settled for a roast beef, ver nice. The delay was not too long, will return.

my meatballs were cold :( i normally come in here and they are fine but i had to heat it up in my work grill. i have fallen into a deep depressive state due to this. sadness has become me. i expected better from this great establishment. despite this i will probs be back tomorrow
