Really wish I had read the previous reviews before buying an expensive phone case from this store. Was promised a 12 month warranty on purchase and the case subsequently began to fall apart, went in to get what I thought would be a simple replacement product although straight away knew the staff were going to be difficult about it. The girl at the store seemed visibly nervous and needed to run everything past the owner, Nick (which seems strange for a basic return on a faulty product). There is obviously clear instruction from him to deny any returns (not that I was looking for a refund, just a replacement).After the store attendant agreed that the case was faulty and was about to swap it over, she phoned Nick and said that I have to speak with him. He talks in circles and attempts to instigate an argument to upset you. Made comments like I only make a 20% profit on these

I was looked after by Grace. It was so nice to see someone actually care for the customer and their product. I could not be any happier than I am. I had such a wonderful retail experience. I will definitely be back to purchase all of my mobile phone accessories.

I cannot expressed how grateful I am to the technician and sales assistant that served me. I had my screen replaced at another store nearby and they did an atrocious job of it. I asked the technician and assistant at Diamond Digital Carindale for advice, and they were both incredibly helpful and empathetic towards my situation. They ended up fixing my screen for the same price - it looks perfect now! Would definitely recommend going here over other companies. I will be returning in the future. Thank you again!

rubbish.... i should have realised when saw staff struggling apply screen protector to previous customer..When noticed that the screen protector put on my new phone seemed shorter than it needed to be the staff member assured me it was the right size for the right model (updated model) .. checking with other places and dimensions of the phone online, it was obvious that the one put on my phone was the wrong one... i guess they didnt have the new size in stock and instead of saying that, the staff member, who could see that the screen protector she applied was short made up some story that it was the right size.thought i would pay higher fees to support what i thought was a smaller business was a bad movepaid more money for less qualitydont believe it when they say they will give a discount because the price will still likely be higher than other shops

Purchased $40 iPhone screen protector, chipped/cracked within 1 week of install (was not dropped). Took cover back and asked for replacement. Staff very rude/unwilling to assist. Recommend buying protector from JB Hi Fi who have replaced cover previously under same circumstance. Avoid shop!

The manager discounted my glass protector by 50 per cent with my phone case. I had broken my phone glass on both sides and (with a case and screen protector) they managed to fix the look of my phone to show only a few cracks - without having to replace the entire screen! Daniella and her manager were super friendly and helpful would recommend!

Never quite had an experience like this shop. Completely unethical and frankly predatory operation. It would appear that I was knowingly sold the wrong screen protector for my phone and a flat out refusal to exchange (a completely unopened box with receipt).The quality of product is horrific too, especially for the price. Save yourself $30 and jump on Amazon or eBay. You'll get better quality at a fraction of the cost. A poorly made, low quality useless piece of silicone from Diamond Digital won't do anything to protect your phone. You can see from the way they organise the shelves that they don't really take much pride or care in their stock. They just want to rip you off and get you out of there.The customer service skills are terrible. Treated like you're an inconvenience for being in the store. I'm frankly appalled that I have to give this even 1 star. Would never shop here again. Save your time, money and trouble. There's a great shop just downstairs near Lovisa with genuine cases and screen protectors.

I bought a powerbank from here which was 20,000mah and it’s been the best powerbank I’ve ever had - it keeps my phone charged all day and never had issues with it charging. Super happy with this purchase and it’s worth $60!

Friendly and welcoming staff! Some other stores did not greet me but these workers at diamond digital acknowledged me so quickly
