The entire building experience has been trouble-free, methodical, and thorough since stepping into the show home till receiving my keys. If I was to built ever again, Grady will be my choice. I can only imagine the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to get the job done at a realistic and transparent cost.From pre-sales and pre-build (Eddie was great to work with and gave great advice along the way), to settlement and build (Donna and Malia running it like a tight ship), our invoicing was always up to date (Jane, you made sure every cent went to where it needed), and the vendors like Maidment, Ross Joinery (I just love my kitchen), Steve Electrical (great advice on the electric plan), Colour House, NQ Tile Style, the plumbers, painters, plasterers, concretors,, and the army of unnamed superstars who built my house!Townsville is proud to have a builder like you! Talk about customer service!! Grady Homes built our investment property way back in 2010 and when we wanted to freshen it up, we couldn’t find the paperwork with the paint colours. We called Keira and she sent us everything we needed, saving us heaps time which we greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I wanted to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the entire Grady team for their incredible help and support over the last few months, in assisting Jodie and I to build our amazing new home! Julie Powney was our consultant who has helped us every step of the way, from: later appointment times, answering every query we’ve had, changing our plan numerous times to suit our every need and ensuring our home met all of our expectations. Rob Frew who once again has gone above and beyond to answer any queries we have had, personally phoning us over Christmas to update us on our loan progress, and for explaining all of the financial jargon so we completely understood how the process worked. Ultimately Julie and Rob set us up for where we are today, however Grady as a whole have been amazing – Bruce’s presentation answered questions we didn’t know we had and the other consultants we met along the way were more than happy to assist us at any time. I am pleased that so many friends recommended Grady to Jodie and I, as we will continue to do the same. A plethora of thanks from Jodie and I.

This is my first ever house that I will own and have been dealing with Julie. She has made everything so simple to understand, always explaining every step in detail to ensure that my wife and I are fully informed. First impression WOW!!!When you walk into any Grady display you are always welcomed by a big smile and helpful staff that personally walk you through their display houses and offer you a cold water. That alone puts Grady Homes ahead of the rest right of the bat. After looking through lots of display homes we walked into a Grady home to be greeted by Ashley a lovely young chap that showed us all though the house and was very friendly and helpful. After chatting about what we were after he started on getting a quote together as nothing was too much trouble. Ashley then suggested we look though all the other Grady display homes to get ideas on design, colors and styles so we could add bits of other display homes into our design. After looking though a few of Gradys homes we realized all their staff were more than helpful. This gave us confidence in the Grady name as a chosen builder for us. Right through the whole building process Grady Homes have been absolutely amazing to work with.
