Went to purchase coat.....not open . Apparently only open a couple of days a week. A 3 hour drive....not happy!!!!

I've been given and bought leather products from this company and they are so well made that I and everyone I've gifted them to love them. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Terrible experience, not even worth for 1 star. I purchased a rain jacket online in March however only realised the material was just nothing but plastic, unlike the one my colleague purchased from them which was quite impressed and very light weight. I followed Paqme's instruction and returned the jacket for a refund. They confirmed received of the item end of March and until today, I haven't received the refund back to my card. I have emailed them 3 times already, they only replied once in early April and advised me to contact them again a week later. I waited for another 3 weeks and nothing happened. This was definitely one of the worst online experience. Don't buy from them online.
